Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened whistles, opened timer electronics, used bands, and damaged returned goods are not eligible.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned with original packaging.
  • Opened whistles, opened timers, used reflective bands, and damaged returned goods are not eligible.
  • Customized bulk bundles, if quoted manually, are returnable only when unopened and approved by support.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. If Stgfit shipped the wrong item or an item arrives defective, support reviews the evidence and may provide a replacement, refund, or return label.

Damaged or incorrect items

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and product so support can review replacement or refund eligibility.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment provider.
