Returns & Refund Policy
We want the carry to fit your ride. STG SPORTS AND FITNESS INC accepts returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.

Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Return requests must be started within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Requests made after this window may be offered store credit at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Products must be returned in resaleable condition: unused, with tags and inner packaging intact.
Items showing use, road wear, odor, or missing parts cannot be refunded.

Exclusions
The paper Ride Checklist Pad is final sale once opened.
For hygiene and quality reasons, the Ride Checklist Pad is non-returnable once the shrink wrap is removed.
Clearance items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

How to start a return
Email support@stgfit.shop with your order number.
Email support@stgfit.shop with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with a return address and instructions within 2 business days.
Customers cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we provide a prepaid label.

Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–10 business days to post the funds.
Original outbound shipping is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Prefer a swap? We can exchange for another size or item.
To exchange, start a return and place a new order for the replacement so it ships without delay.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights available to you under applicable US federal and Florida state law.
