Shipping

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard delivery estimates are 5-10 business days depending on destination and carrier handoff.

Rates

Orders of $60 or more ship free. Orders below $60 use a standard $6.95 shipping charge at checkout.

Carrier handoff

Tracking details are sent when an order is handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier routing, customs review, weather, or destination restrictions.

Destinations

Prices are shown in USD. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local carrier fees paid by the recipient.

Lost packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days after the expected delivery window, email support@stgfit.shop so support can review the carrier record and shipment details.

Address changes

Address updates can be requested before fulfillment by contacting support@stgfit.shop. Once a carrier accepts the shipment, the order cannot be rerouted by Stgfit.
