Shipping & Delivery Policy
STG SPORTS AND FITNESS INC ships commute carry and storage accessories from Miami, FL. Delivery estimates are in business days and all figures are in USD.

Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin the next business day.
You receive an email confirmation when the order is packed and again when it ships.

Domestic delivery
US delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Standard US shipping is a flat $6 USD, or free on orders of $55 USD or more.
Most US addresses receive parcels within 3–7 business days of dispatch depending on carrier network.

International delivery
International delivery is 7–21 business days plus any local clearance.
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, shown in USD.
Delivery windows exclude time held in the destination country's customs clearance.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number.
A tracking link is emailed when your label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace.

Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.
US orders may include state sales tax where applicable; the estimate is shown at checkout and finalized at payment.

Damaged or lost parcels
Report damage or loss within 14 days and we make it right.
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email photos to support within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund.
If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we reship at no cost or refund in full to the original payment method.
Undeliverable parcels returned to Miami are refunded less the original outbound shipping cost.
