Terms

These terms govern purchases from Stgfit, operated by STG SPORTS AND FITNESS INC. By placing an order, the customer confirms the order details, shipping details, and policy consent shown before payment.

Products

Stgfit sells generic physical training accessories. Product photos and descriptions identify what is included in each kit. No professional sports brands, team logos, league marks, shoes, apparel, or whole-ball inventory are sold.

Safety

Training accessories are not protective equipment. Adult supervision is required for children, and small parts must be kept away from children under 3.

Order acceptance

Submitting checkout details creates an order request. Stgfit may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment if inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, address details are incomplete, fraud risk is detected, or the requested use conflicts with these terms.

Payments

Prices are in USD. Stgfit does not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by a hosted payment provider when available, and manual order requests may receive secure payment instructions from support before fulfillment. Creem is not offered for this physical-goods storefront.

Shipping, returns, and cancellation

Shipping, fulfillment, cancellation, damaged-item, return, and refund rules are incorporated into these terms. Customers should review those policies before submitting checkout details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
