Fulfillment
Orders are packed from available inventory after customer details and payment instructions are confirmed. Customers receive an order confirmation and a shipment update when the package is handed to the carrier.
Order review
Each order request is checked for product availability, destination, fraud signals, and policy eligibility before packing. Stgfit may contact the customer if an address, item quantity, or bulk request needs review.
Processing time
Standard orders are prepared within 1-2 business days after payment instructions are confirmed. Bulk orders, high-quantity orders, and address exceptions may take longer because support confirms the kit mix before fulfillment.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment begins. After packing or carrier handoff, the order follows the return process instead of cancellation.
Payment security
Stgfit does not store full card numbers. Card payments must be handled by a hosted payment provider over HTTPS when online card checkout is enabled.
